Coaching sessions will consist of 50-minute one-on-one sessions via Zoom, and frequency will depend on plan design.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) as designated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard for coaches. My training was completed through ACT Leadership at Brown University School of Professional Studies where I obtained certifications as a Leadership and Performance Coach, as well as a Team Coach. In addition to my certifications, I proudly maintain memberships in both the International Coaching Federation and serve as a Board Member of the Austin Chapter of the ICF.
